I know that it is hard to find a well paid job these days. Job hunting has turned into an art in this modern era, right from finding the job advertisements, applying and attending the interviews.

The problem with employments

It would seems that academic qualification alone is no longer suffice to impress your future employer. There a lot of people that able to impress future employers, particularly PHB, by using sleazy social engineering skills, thick make-ups, and made-up accent. Doing the job correctly is of course another matter.

Cover letters

However, there are some honest applicants who still use the old fashioned cover-up cover letter. The trouble is, how do you write a proper cover letter? Is is as simple as a dear john letter? How are you going to word it? What should you put in the cover-letter?
