Hari ni setelah surf-surf website service fakapster, terjumpa pulak post berkenaan kematian pelatih PLKN terbaru di Kisana Beach Resort.

Rasanya tahun 2007 ni saja (yang baru nak masuk bulan Mac), dah 3 pelatih mati. Tahun lepas rasanya tak kurang 5 pelatih meninggal. Sebab-sebab kematian adalah berlainan diantara satu sama lain (yang lemas sekurangnya 4 orang, mati bergaduh, mati sebab lelah, mati mengejut, etc), itu belum lagi masuk lagi rogol dan kes jurulatih menerajang pelatih PLKN (tapi ni tolak ketepi la)

Jumlah Terkorban?
Sepanjang program PLKN ni diperkenalkan selama 3 tahun, rasanya pembaca dah boleh agak sendiri berapa ramai pelatih PLKN dah mati sehingga tahun 2007.

Bilangan pelatih yang terkorban boleh dikatakan melebihi bilangan tentera Malaysia yang mati ketika berkhidmat sepanjang 3 tahun semasa perang Bosnia meletus (yang dilaporkan terkorban seramai 4-5 orang, betulkan kalau tersilap)


Permintaan kepada kerajaan
Tujuan post ini bukan untuk menuding jari dan menyalahkan mana-mana pihak. Tetapi untuk memohon jasa baik pihak kerajaan untuk memberikan penghormatan kepada pelatih-pelatih muda harapan bangsa ke atas jasa dan pengorbanan yang telah mereka berikan kepada negara.

Mereka sanggup meninggalkan keluarga pada usia yang muda semata-mata untuk berkhidmat kepada negara, sanggup meninggalkan kampung halaman untuk memberikan bakti kepada negara dengan menyertai khidmat negara.

Dan sekiranya mereka terkorban semasa berkhidmat untuk negara, saya rasa memang patutlah negara memberikan penghormatan kepada perwira-perwira muda kita dengan memberikan mereka istiadat pengembumian setaraf dengan pahlawan negara kita yang lain. Kebumikanlah mereka di makam pahlawan dan letakkanlah Jalur Gemilang atas keranda mereka, kerana mereka layak menerimanya.

Chotiros Suriyawong, sapa tu?



Chotiros adalah seorang pelakon dan pelajar universiti thai yang dikecam hebat atas pemakaian seksinya.

Tindakkan beliau tersebut telah mengundang padah apabila oleh pihak media thai mengkritik beliau kerana memakai pakaian hitam yang kelihatan ghairah dan separuh bogel.

Akibat dari perbuatannya itu, Beliau juga diperintah melakukan kerja amal membaca kepada orang buta selama 15 hari.

Every once in a while we often receive visits from random people in #fakap who thinks that by using Linux or some other Unix-based operating system (FreeBSD,OpenBSD,NetBSD) they automatically will be the most l337 computer user among their friends.

It is interesting to note that through inference, the order of operating system does matter to them which can be summarized below :

Windows < Linux < FreeBSD < NetBSD/OpenBSD

Don't ask me how these things happen, because analyzing human behavior base on operating system of choice is not one of my specialties.

Our advise to you is,

Please use operating system that you can best work with. Do not use one particular operating system only because it makes you feel yourself 1337 while using it.

The feeling of 1337nes won't last if you can't work efficiently under one of those operating system.

Please understand the basic reason why you need to use an operating system, not how you can show off to other people by stating that 'you use' it.

Using an operating system simply because you want people to hail you as the 1337 masta is probably the most stupidest thing that you do in your life. Not only that you will loose the your work efficiency, you will also have to bear with the discomfort of working with an operating that you are not familiar with, thus making your job more difficult.


So trust me, use an operating system that best suited for you. It's your life, it's your work, It's your computer, don't let anybody influence your decision because you wanted them to think that you're 1337 455.
